Every case is machined from a single billet and finished along one continuous direction, so the light travels it the way a horizon travels a coastline. What changes below is the metal, the setting, and what the hand had to do to get there.

Four things a
machine cannot do.
Everything a lathe can hold to a thousandth is held to a thousandth. These four are where somebody has to decide by eye — and then do it again eight hundred and twelve times.

01 The bezel
Eight hundred and twelve stones, snow-set by one setter across six weeks. No two watches carry the same sky.

02 The dial
Thirty-one lacquered ridges, embossed and then mirror-cut, so the blue deepens as the wrist turns away from the light.

Fluted for grip, engraved with the rose, and screwed down against a hundred and twenty metres of water.

04 The bracelet
It leaves the case without a seam to leave it by, and every second link is bevelled by hand so the wrist catches a different edge.
